By accessing or using the CleanStart Connect platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by CleanStart LLC ("CleanStart," "we," "us," or "our"), a Washington limited liability company.
The Platform is owned and operated by CleanStart LLC to run its own commercial cleaning business. If you are an owner, employee, or contractor of CleanStart LLC, or a Service Client that CleanStart LLC has invited to the Platform, these Terms of Service govern your individual use of the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use the Platform.
CleanStart Connect is a business operations tool. Access is by invitation only - accounts are created by CleanStart LLC's admin staff.
You may use the Platform only if:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
CleanStart LLC is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

When you submit issues, photos, notes, or messages, you represent that:
CleanStart LLC owns all content submitted through the Platform in the course of work operations. See the Privacy Policy at cleanstartops.com/privacy for how your data is handled.
By providing a mobile phone number for use on the Platform, you consent to receive operational text messages from CleanStart Connect sent via Twilio.
CleanStart LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and functioning. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by Platform downtime.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLEANSTART LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEANSTART LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF BUSINESS.
CLEANSTART LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy at cleanstartops.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Your access may be terminated at any time by CleanStart LLC if:
Upon termination, your login access will be disabled. Submission and message history may be retained as part of CleanStart LLC's business records per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice within the Platform in advance. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance.
